Cardify, Cardify Me, Cardify Scan, and Cardify Study (collectively, the "Service") are provided strictly for personal entertainment, novelty, parody, and fan-art purposes. Generated cards, scans, valuations, rarities, "power levels", "stats", and any related lore are creative, algorithmically produced outputs. They are not official merchandise, are not appraisals, are not investment advice, and carry no monetary, collectible, or certification value.
2. No affiliation; trademarks belong to their owners
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, team names, league names, character names, athlete likenesses, song titles, brand identities, and other intellectual property referenced, evoked, or stylistically suggested anywhere in the Service are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their use within Cardify is nominative, descriptive, and/or transformative for the purpose of commentary, parody, and fan creation.
Cardify is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or associated with — and make no claim of endorsement by — the NFL, MLB, NBA, WNBA, MLS, FIFA, UEFA, Formula 1, FIA, UFC, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., Konami, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Marvel, DC, Disney, Lucasfilm, any K-Pop label or artist, any record label, any film studio, any television network, any video-game publisher, any professional sports league, club, team, athlete, celebrity, or any other rights holder.
3. AI-generated content
Card art, scan results, valuations, ratings, descriptions, lore, stats, and study materials are produced by automated machine-learning models. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, mis-identifications, or unintended similarities to existing works. Outputs do not reflect the views of Cardify and should not be relied upon as factual, professional, financial, legal, medical, educational, or appraisal advice.
4. Card values and grading are estimates
Any market estimates, Cardify-style grades, condition assessments, set or year identifications surfaced by Cardify Scan are non-binding, algorithmic estimates for entertainment only. They are not official BGS, CGC, SGC, TAG, or HGA grades and do not constitute an offer, appraisal, authentication, certification, or guarantee of value. Always consult a licensed professional grader or appraiser for real-world transactions.
5. Likeness, image, and consent
You may only upload photographs of (a) yourself, (b) people who have given you their explicit consent to be turned into a Cardify card, or (c) subjects you otherwise have the legal right to use. You will not upload or generate content that misrepresents a real person's words or actions, that constitutes a deceptive deepfake, or that infringes any right of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or moral right.
6. User responsibility & indemnification
You are solely responsible for how you use, share, post, sell, gift, or otherwise distribute Generated Content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cardify, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (i) photos or prompts you submit, (ii) cards, scans, or decks you generate, (iii) your distribution of Generated Content, or (iv) your violation of any third-party right, including any right of publicity, privacy, copyright, or trademark.
7. DMCA & rights-holder takedown
We respect intellectual property. If you are a rights holder (or an authorized agent) and believe that content available through Cardify infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a written notice to dmca@cardify.app including: (a) your contact information; (b) identification of the protected work; (c) the URL or sufficient detail to locate the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We will respond promptly in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent local laws.
8. Commercial use
Personal, non-commercial use of Generated Content is permitted within these terms. Commercial sale, minting as NFTs, mass reproduction, or use that implies endorsement by any third-party brand or person is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained all necessary rights and licenses from the relevant rights holders.
9. No warranty
THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY GENERATED CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Disclaimer is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
